Our refund policy applies 14 days after the order is delivered.
If it has been 14 days since your products were delivered, we are sorry but we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete the return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your order to the original address.
Items which are not in their original condition or which are damaged for reasons other than ours will not be accepted.

REFUNDS (if eligible for return policy)
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time period.
REFUND LATE OR NOT RECEIVED
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be credited.

ARTICLES ON SALE
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
We currently do not offer refunds if your item was a gift.
The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the user and will not be refunded.
We recommend the use of a traceable shipping service.
